The Management of the Oniros Residences Hotel informs its guests that in order to ensure the health of both guests and personnel, the hotel's operation is conducted under special conditions & procedures, in compliance with the Health Protocol issued and advised by the Authorities.

All personnel & guests are obliged to wear a safety mask, during their time indoors and are strongly advised to keep safety distance at all times, as well as apply good personal hygiene.

If any of the hotel guests shows any symptoms related to the COVID-19 pandemic (fever, cough, runny nose, difficulty in breathing) they are obliged to immediately inform the Reception Desk.

• Active Cooperation with local private clinic
• 3 times per day cleaning and disinfection with approved products in all areas of the hotel
• Web check in through our website
• Availability of dispensers with antiseptic liquid in all the areas of the hotel
• Provision of PPE for all staff & customers as well free of charge
• Daily check for body temperature in Reception
• Free of charge room service
• Disinfection of rooms using approved Ecolab products and fogging machine
• Frequent Disinfection of keycards
• Frequent ventilation of all areas
• Implementation of ISO 22000 (HACCP) in all F&B departments
• Gym allowance up to 2 pax simultaneously
• Massage & jacuzzi area remain closed
